7 TIPS TO ACHIEVE HAPPINESS

Everyone wants to be happy, but they do not know how to be happy. Following these seven simple tips will help you to be happier.

Tip # 1 – Sunday
Start your Church by meditating for 10 minutes. You will find that meditation reduces stress and controls anxiety. Just 10 minutes of meditation will help you reduce stress and manage your anxiety, you are already on the path to happiness. And just the first day.

Tip # 2 – Monday
Get up a few hours earlier. If you start your day at 7 am, this Monday gets up at 5 am. These two extra hours in the morning will help you to achieve more. You can choose your church wardrobe, prepare breakfast, make a to-do list, and much more in these extra hours.

Tip # 3 – Tuesday
Start your day with a quick exercise, stretching those arms. 15 minutes of exercise will help you start the day off right. Touch your toes, twist your hips, and do everything else that makes your blood run.

Tip # 4 – Wednesday
Today is the “hump” day, in the middle of the week, half a week is over and half a week is left. Today is the day when you make a weekend plan. Call a friend and decide on a specific weekend plan, be it a movie, a hike, or another hobby. Never forget, all the work and any pay made Jack an angry guy!

Tip # 5 – Thursday
Today is a day of rejoicing. Eat chocolate! Eating chocolate raises HDL good cholesterol, lowers LDL bad cholesterol. Studies show that eating chocolate reduces stress, anxiety, and happiness! It also improves your mental performance.

Tip # 6 – Friday
Today is the day to get closer to your important partner. The benefits of intimacy are less stress, better sleep, more relaxation leading to your happiness!

Tip # 7 – Saturday
Today is a day to do some work and to spend some time with you. If you have a pooch, today is a long day of walking, the time to tie your puppy. Take out your weekly items such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping at the beginning of the day, and use the last part of the day to relax, unwind and refresh yourself.
